Confidentiality

Privacy and confidentiality are fundamental to my coaching practice. As part of my Level 5 Coaching Professional apprenticeship, I am required to collect and present evidence of my coaching practice for assessment purposes. Where coaching materials are used, they are shared strictly for assessment and quality assurance only.

All materials are fully anonymised. Any identifying details are removed or altered to protect the coachees' identity. In this webpage, sensitive evidence pages are password-protected and accessible only to authorised assessors and coaching supervisors.

Where session recordings are included as evidence, your informed consent will always be obtained in advance. Recordings are used solely for reflective practice and assessment purposes and are not shared beyond authorised and accredited assessors. In line with professional ethical standards, I adhere to:

Data protection in accordance with UK GDPR

UK GDPR Compliance

All personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently, in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal details are kept securely and accessed only by me as your coach, stored securely within encrypted iCloud account. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil coaching and assessment requirements, after which it will be securely deleted in line with UK GDPR. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data at any time.

Where coaching evidence is shared with authorised assessors for apprenticeship assessment purposes, all materials are fully anonymised to remove any identifying information. No personal details are disclosed during this process.

Your trust is central to effective coaching. Creating a safe, confidential and ethically sound space is a core commitment of my practice.
