My Story

My name is Yasmine Saito, and I work full-time at the MRC Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine at the University of Oxford, where I lead a team and drive innovative operational systems across the Institute.

 

I bring six years of experience managing departments and teams, shaped by a non-linear journey, involving successes, mistakes, reflection, and continuous learning. Feedback and reflective practice have helped me grow into a more grounded, self-aware, and effective professional. Alongside my operational role, I have developed a strong commitment to supporting others in their professional development. This has led me to undertake a Level 5 Coaching Professional qualification, equipping me with the skills and tools to help professionals excel and thrive in their roles and careers, purposefully.
